Yesterday  (25th November 2025), officers attended Glenn Street, Oldham, after a Vauxhall Astra was reported in suspicious circumstances. Checks revealed the car was being driven without insurance.

The vehicle was seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act by PC 10012 Armitage at 11:00 hrs.

Driving without insurance is illegal and can lead to your vehicle being taken off the road. Always make sure you’re covered before you drive.
